This is almost really amazing, but I suppose wii should have seen it coming from Microsoft.  It's an Xbox 360 accessory that allows your entire body to be the game controller ~ the action in the game is controlled by how you rock and roll, or whatever.

We'll probably see some very interesting developments, from newer and better games (teledildonics, anyone?) to new medical diagnoses and terminology flowing from our increasingly busy emergency rooms.  Yes folks, be careful with this stuff.  It seems that video games have begun to fight back...
